We offer free and confidential advice, information and support to young people experiencing challenges with drugs and alcohol.
Get in touch with our free, confidential service and talk to one of our trained staff. We’re here to listen – you can tell us as little or as much as you want.
We’ll work with you on your own goals, whether that’s cutting down your drug or alcohol use, stopping completely or just getting a bit of advice.
Who’s the service for? This service is for you if:
- you’re under 19
- living in Shropshire
- you’re worried about your drug or alcohol use

To book your first appointment, please contact us directly. You may also be referred by your GP, another professional or a family member. If you're a professional wanting to make a referral for a young person, please use this form.
