Winchester Youth Counselling

Provides free, confidential counselling for young people aged 11- 25 who are based in the Winchester district. Have experienced qualified counsellors and provide help for young people on their mental health and wellbeing journey. This includes short-term and longer-term therapy, designed to meet the individual needs of each young person.

We offer individual counselling sessions, walk and talk therapy, weekly wellbeing walk-in, parent consultation sessions and support groups.

Top floor, but wheelchair accessible

Young people can self-refer (via website / email) or they can be referred by someone else (parent / GP / school / college)
