Swale Service – The Forward Trust
About this service
The Forward Trust’s Swale Service provides a full range of alcohol and substance use interventions for adults living in the Swale and Sittingbourne area who want to make positive changes in their lives.
Forward’s Swale service supports people who have drug and alcohol issues living in Faversham, the Isle of Sheppey, Sittingbourne, and the surrounding villages. The main centre is in Sittingbourne, with services in Faversham and Sheerness, where Forward works closely with local partner agencies. Support is tailored to each person’s needs, so it will look slightly different for everyone.
