About this service
New Hope provides a range of substance misuse services under one roof. New Hope support both Young adults and adults over the age of 18 who live in Bracknell Forest. These services are aimed at people who are experiencing addition to drugs and alcohol or have recently stopped using drugs or alcohol and want to address their substance misuse.
They provide:
- Aftercare support program
- Blood borne virus advice and vaccination program
- Counselling
- Criminal justice worker
- Dual diagnosis
- Harm reduction
- Life skills
- Low level community support
- Rapid prescribing
- Referral into Tier 4 services (in-patient treatment)
- Relapse prevention
- Single point of contact for professional referrals
- 1:1 and group interventions
- Self-referral
Referral (how to access this service)
New Hope is the first point of contact for all substance misuse services in Bracknell Forest. Self referrals can be made by either phoning or by attending one of the drop-in sessions
