MRT offers support to people who are experiencing difficulties through the misuse of drugs and/or alcohol.

We provide:

• Medically assisted detoxification from alcohol
• Medically assisted detoxification from opiates
• Assessment and facilitation of inpatient detoxification and residential rehabilitation placements
• Relapse prevention medications for both opiates and alcohol
• Enhanced psychosocial interventions
• Telephone support
• Peer mentoring
• Recovery activities
• A single point of assessment and referral
• Harm Minimisation service (offers Needle Exchange Services, BBV Screening and Vaccination)
• Substance specific advice and information and access to treatment services through referral
