About this service
Every year we help hundreds of people achieve their recovery goals and we would love to go on that journey with you. Our service is free and confidential. They’re open to anyone experiencing difficulties with drugs and alcohol who live in Brighton & Hove.
We can help you to change your direction, grow as a person, and live life to its full potential.
What we offer:
- Short term 6-week courses for people concerned about their drug or alcohol use
- Individual support from a Recovery Coordinator
- LGBTQ+/ chemsex specialist workers
- On-site acupuncture through Pathways to Health
- Support with a broad range of substances including cannabis, alcohol, opiates, alcohol, MDMA, GHB, ketamine, amphetamines, over-the-counter medications, performance enhancing drugs, synthetic and novel substances, cocaine/crack, benzos, khat, solvents, methamphetamine, and others
- Experienced team of health and care staff, nurses and doctors
- Evidence-based employment and training support (IPS)
- Links to recovery coaches, community fellowships and support from people who share similar life experiences
- Family and Carers Team (FACT) to support those impacted by another person’s drug and alcohol issues, even if the other person isn’t getting support from us
- Broad support programme including open and closed groups
- FibroScan to assess liver health (drop-in Wednesday 09:00-16:00)
- Access to Hep-C testing and treatment, Hep-B and flu vaccinations
